Floating House Numbers/ Letters

8 easy steps to install your new floating house number:

1. Position the number onto the template and check that the template and number match. If they are not correct, do not drill your wall,  contact us immediately.

2. Place the template in position on your wall using masking tape to hold. You can position a spirit level on the lines to check that the template is level. If you don’t have a spirit level, or your wall is not level you can align the template to the brick line of the wall.

3. Stand back to view and check position. It's recommend to make a pilot through each of the fixing positions marked by a cross before using a masonry drill bitsize 5.5/6mm, drill.

4. Insert the wall plugs provided into the newly drilled holes, using a hammer to ensure fully inserted and flush with the wall.

5. You can remove the paper template from the wall.

6. Place screws inside each of the plastic stand-off supports and screw in place.

7. Position the number over the supports and line up the studs. If the studs don’t line up perfectly, just loosen a small amount to allow movement.

8.Gently push on the number at the position of the studs easing into place. Do not force one stud all the way in without pushing the other studs part way in.
